Interesting to see how small businesses see social media sites. Especially interesting, at least to me, is how small business is seeing social media as a place to connect people to their business.
I guess this should be surprising. Successful small business succeed on their social capital-word of mouth, friends of friends, friends of satisfied customers. Social media just extends their reach.
One thing I believe should be used more by small business, and here they may need coaching, is rapidly responding to negative news about their company.
