If you take a look at this advertisement (affiliate link) you will notice pretty quickly that HootSuite has just added an exciting new offering to their management interface.
Of course it does require a pro account, but the ability to post to Google+ gives HootSuite an advantage in the battle of social media management tools.
Among my favorites are Buffer and, of course, Hoot Suite. I make use of both daily.
