On Saturdays I enjoy a slower paced day, at home, starting off with coffee, reading, and sitting with our dogs. Today Mrs. Thad Thoughts joined me for the morning coffee, and, of course, the dogs are sitting with her instead of me.
Like a lot of people around the globe, we have been watching Olympic coverage each evening.
We have watched Michael Phelps swimming events with amazement. We were disappointed when he lost, especially when he was beat out by mere hundredths of a second by the South African swimmer.
We didn’t know all of the story that went on with that loss.
