I have been in San Francisco this week for DreamForce 12. It has been an amazing time to see what is now available and what is coming in the near future.
This morning I was walking to the Moscone center and passed by the Apple Store near Market Street. It was abuzz with excitement. The event? The launch of iPhone 5!
The line was long, extending around the block.
What I thought was cool was that the Apple Store staff was feeding breakfast to those in the line. They just get customer service right.
I had watched the line grow over this week. It was pretty busy by this morning in front of the store.
And, finally, there was a guy who had just come out of the store. I cannot tell you’re was the very first, but I do know there were professional photographers taking pictures of him. So I joined in.
