A few months ago I was seated at the Chic-Fil-A Leadercast.  It was a excellent and challenging experience.

One of my colleagues leaned over and said, “At The Karis Group, we sell responsiveness.  It’s one thing that we excel at”.  I think she was right.

Too many companies let their customers simply wait.
